Today was a day to work on the fender area. I first took off the side marker light beel and then went to work taking off the stickers. After I got the stickers off I noticedd yet another rust hole in the fender flare area. It is small so a little bit of bondo will fix that. I taped off the grill and bumper so when it came time to shoot it with primer it didn't mess those pieces up anymore than they already are. I had to sand the sticker areas pretty good to get all of the sticker residue off of the body for a clean area for paint to adhere. I know I could have went out and got sticker removal stuff but that was another cost that I didn't think was needed when sand paper worked just as well and I had it on hand. Found some other areas with some minor surface rust and some minor pitting on top of the fender flare area. I bought some rust reformer to fix those areas that way the rust doesn't keep going. I will be painting that on in the next step along with hole repair. As you see in the pictures this time my uncle took the camera and got an action shot of me sanding the sticker area.
